By using Nara Virtual's services you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Governed by Indian law; GDPR-aware for EEA users.

Welcome to Nara Virtual. By accessing or using our AI-powered services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. These terms comply with GDPR and the DPDP Act.

AI-powered chat assistance and website chatbots
Browser-based meetings and webinars
AI-driven generation and summarisation tools
API access for developers
Subscription-based access to premium features and credits

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account creation.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, including GDPR and the DPDP Act.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or misuse our AI models, software, or proprietary technology.
Do not use our services to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

AI-generated content

Accuracy — AI-generated content may not always be accurate or reliable. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying content before use.

Ownership — you retain ownership of your original inputs and prompts. We retain the right to use anonymised data to improve our AI models, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Restrictions — you must not generate content that violates intellectual property rights, is defamatory, or is otherwise unlawful.

Subscriptions & payment

Billing — subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan (monthly or annually) via secure third-party payment processors.
Cancellation — cancel anytime from your account dashboard; terms are detailed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds — governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Plan features — features, credits, and limits vary by tier; we may modify plan features with prior notice.

Usage limits

To ensure service quality, we may impose reasonable limits on AI interactions per day, generations per day, API call frequency and volume, and storage of AI-generated content. Limits are specified in your subscription plan or communicated via our website.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in our services — AI models, software, algorithms, and platform — remain the property of Nara Virtual. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services under these terms.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use anonymised data derived from your inputs for AI training and service improvement, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Warranties & liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service, and are not liable for damages arising from inaccuracies in AI-generated content or service interruptions, except as required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Nara Virtual shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

By you — terminate your account by cancelling your subscription and requesting data deletion per the Privacy Policy.
By us — we may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity, with or without notice, subject to applicable laws.
Effect — upon termination, access ceases and data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory provisions of GDPR for EEA users.

Disputes are first resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, unless otherwise required by GDPR or the DPDP Act.

Changes & contact

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
