AI training data — anonymised conversation data and prompts, anonymised generation prompts and results, and user feedback used to improve our AI models.

Payment processing — to manage subscriptions and process payments securely.
AI improvement — to train and enhance our AI models using anonymised data.
Communication — to send service-related updates, respond to inquiries, or provide promotional offers (with your consent, where required).

Legal compliance — to comply with obligations under GDPR, the DPDP Act, and other applicable laws.

Storage & security

Personal data is stored on secure servers with restricted access, located in jurisdictions compliant with GDPR and DPDP Act requirements.

Security measures — encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or alteration.
Retention — data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy or as required by law. Anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for AI training.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share information with:

AI-specific privacy

Chat data and generation prompts are anonymised before any use in AI training, to prevent identification.

AI-generated content is securely stored and linked to your account. You may request deletion of such content, subject to legal retention periods.

Access — request the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations.
Restriction — restrict processing in certain circumstances.
Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Cookies, children & transfers
