What Conference actually does

01What it is

A video-meeting and webinar platform that runs entirely in the browser. You create a room, share the link, and people join in one click — no app to install, on any device.

02What's in the room

HD video and audio for up to 1,000 participants, screen share, breakout rooms, spotlight, live polls, and a managed Q&A queue. Webinar mode broadcasts panelists to up to 5,000 registered attendees.

03What happens after

Sessions can record to encrypted cloud storage with consent-aware capture. Recordings stay replayable for 60–365 days depending on your plan, and every privileged host action lands in the audit trail.

04Who controls what

Six role tiers — from attendee to owner — scope exactly who can mute, record, or promote. Media is routed through self-hosted SFU nodes with TLS, so your calls never transit a third party's infrastructure.

Four pillars, one surface.

01Meetings

1,000 people. Zero downloads.

Open a link and you're in. An adaptive stage auto-arranges tiles as people join, breakouts and spotlight keep big rooms workable, and low-latency adaptive video holds up on flaky networks.

02Webinars

Broadcast to 5,000 seats.

Panelists, registration forms, live Q&A with a managed queue, real-time polls — the same surface scales from a 20-person client review to a global launch.

03Recording

Encrypted, retained, replayable.

Every session can record to encrypted object storage — AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit, consent-aware capture, retention controls from 60 to 365 days, one-click playback.

04Security

Every privileged action, logged.

Actor, target, timestamp, reason — the audit trail records it all. Six role tiers scope who can do what, and media is brokered through self-hosted SFU nodes, not a third party.

FAQ

Before you
open a room.

Straight answers about joining, capacity, recording, and switching from Zoom. Anything else — [email protected].

Do participants need to download anything?

No. Conference runs entirely in the browser — a participant clicks the room link and lands in the meeting in Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox, on desktop or mobile. There is no app to install on any plan.

How do I create an online meeting?

Sign in at conference.naravirtual.in, create a room, and share the link — that's the entire flow. Rooms can be instant or scheduled, and the free plan hosts up to 100 participants with no card required.

How many people can join?

Meetings scale from 100 participants on the free plan to 1,000 on Business. For broadcasts, webinar mode reaches 3,000 registered attendees on Enterprise and 5,000 on Enterprise Plus — panelists on stage, everyone else watching with Q&A and polls.

Is Conference a Zoom alternative?

Yes. The practical differences: Conference never asks anyone to install an app, its plans meter room capacity and storage rather than meeting minutes, and webinar mode is part of the plans instead of a separate license. We keep an honest side-by-side — including where Zoom still fits better.

Can I record meetings?

Paid plans record to encrypted cloud storage — 5 GB to 1 TB depending on tier, with recordings replayable for 60 to 365 days. Recordings land in the workspace library next to the room they came from, ready to share.

What's the difference between a meeting and a webinar?

In a meeting everyone can talk, share a screen, and react. In a webinar, hosts and panelists hold the stage while attendees take part through Q&A, polls, and chat — built for townhalls, launches, and classes up to 5,000 seats.

Is it secure?

Media is routed through self-hosted SFU nodes over TLS, recordings encrypt with AES-256, six role tiers scope who can mute, record, or promote, and every privileged action lands in an audit trail your admins can inspect.
