No — they're independent products with independent plans. Pick the one you need and pay only for it. Plenty of teams run both: Synapse on the website, Conference for the weekly all-hands.
02What's a Synapse message credit?+
One credit is roughly one answered visitor message. The free tier includes 250 message credits a month with no card; paid plans raise the allowance, and top-up packs cover traffic spikes.
03Do unused credits roll over?+
Plan credits reset every billing period. Top-up pack credits never expire while your account is active.
04What do Conference plans scale by?+
Room capacity (up to 1,000 participants), webinar seats (up to 5,000 attendees), and recording retention (60–365 days). Every plan runs in the browser with no download.
05Can I switch plans mid-month?+
Yes. We prorate the upgrade and credit your account immediately. Downgrades take effect on the next renewal date.
06Which payment methods do you support?+
Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe, and Zoho. Checkout picks the gateway based on your billing region — Conference bills in INR with 18% GST, or USD with VAT where applicable.
07Do you offer refunds?+
Plan invoices are refundable within 7 days, prorated against unused usage. Pack purchases are non-refundable once credits hit your balance.
