01What's a credit?+
A credit is the unit of work charged for each generation. Larger models and heavier image operations cost more than lighter ones, and admins can tune every cost from the dashboard without redeploying. Your plan comes with a monthly allowance; how far it goes depends on what you run.
02Do unused credits roll over?+
Plan credits reset every billing period. Pack credits never expire while your account is active.
03Can I switch plans mid-month?+
Yes. We prorate the upgrade and credit your account immediately. Downgrades take effect on the next renewal date.
04Which payment methods do you support?+
Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe, and Zoho. The dashboard chooses the gateway based on your billing region.
05Do you offer refunds?+
Plan invoices are refundable within 7 days, prorated against unused credits. Pack purchases are non-refundable once credits hit your balance.
06Can I bring my own model keys?+
Yes. On Pro and above, you can attach your own provider API keys in the admin console — your keys, our orchestration. Credits stop counting against your balance.
