Synapse answers only from your knowledge base and shows the source pages behind each answer. When a question falls outside what it knows, it says so and offers the human hand-off instead of guessing. You can interrogate it in the test playground before it ever meets a visitor.
Can I match the widget to my brand?
Accent color, light or dark theme, launcher position, corner radius, greeting, and launcher icon are all configurable from the designer — no CSS required. Every change previews live before you apply it.
Is my website data safe?
Your knowledge base is isolated per workspace and encrypted at rest. Embed keys are locked to an origin allowlist so only your domains can load the widget, with per-visitor rate caps and a bot challenge against abuse.
